12 Hour Creativity Spree
This all started out Saturday morning on February 11, 2006, when I had an idea to paint the first
picture I'd painted since I was in grade school using whatever silly paint you use there; stopping at
the Hobby Lobby on my way home from the gym I got everything I needed to do the painting, and once I got
started the thought, "How many creative things can I do in one day?", popped into my brain.
Well, as it turned out, the answer was six, as linked from this page and below, the vertible Muse/Goddess
Amber turned up to play model for the photography part and inspire me to no end in general, as is her
passion...
1.) Painting - The picture I painted is basically black/white/grey tones in acrylics on a 30x28 canvas; it's called
"Love=Freedom", which is what the Japanese kanji characters mean, click here to view.
2.) Photography - The lovely Amber came by to inspire and be my model, out takes from the photo shoot
are on this page.
3.) Music - Amber said to compose/record "something spacey"; if your browser/system supports streaming
audio, click on this link. To download the MP3 file, right-click on
the link and select "Save target as...". NOTE: The dynamic range of the instrument voicing sounds best on
good speakers...
4.) Dinner - When queried, Amber guessed I was thinking South America and wanted a chicken dish, this
turned into a Chicken and Shrimp Chimmichuri Napoleon by the time I was done with the usual fusion
thing I do, with sides of black beans with tomatoes and salva verdi and brown and wild grain Chimmichuri rice.
Click here for a picture of the plate as served. (Sorry, bad picturephone
shot, still had B&W in the Nikon...)
5.) Verse - Whilst in bed before going to sleep, I wrote this.
6.) Per Amber, the way I pleasured her between the photo shoot and dinner also counts as "something artistically creative"... Sorry, no photos/video,
use your imagination...
